At Kondut, we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Your order will be considered dispatched once it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and on its way to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Your package’s delivery time depends on several factors, with location being the biggest. Here’s the estimated delivery time for your country:

Keep in mind that during peak periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays, and customs processing may affect worldwide deliveries. This could impact the overall delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Any inaccuracies or missing details could delay processing or cancel your order. If our system detects issues with your address, our customer support team will reach out within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.

If you spot a mistake in your shipping details, email us at support@kondut.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you. After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.

Delayed Delivery

We aim to ship orders quickly, but sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Couriers may face issues like bad weather or transportation disruptions, which can slow things down. We’ll work with the courier to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.

Also, unforeseen issues like address verification or payment delays may affect your order’s processing. We’ll notify you if anything causes a delay, and we’re happy to help resolve any problems.

Please note that Kondut can’t be held liable for delays caused by external factors like weather or courier issues. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated and assist you however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the courier, it’s out of our control. If your package goes missing or is stolen, please contact us at support@kondut.com, and we’ll assist however we can.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a process in place, and we’ll follow up on your behalf if needed.

Please note that Kondut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as this falls outside of our refund policy. We will try to resolve the situation and may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances. If the package isn’t found, we suggest filing a police report.
