At Kondut, we’re dedicated to providing products that help solve everyday pet-related messes. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to give them at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days, but within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@kondut.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products, and we recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days so you can see the full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. If your product arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@kondut.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace your product at no extra cost. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or after prolonged use.

Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as couriers, customs, or other shipping issues. If you experience problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout. If there’s an error and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we won’t be able to resend or refund the order.
